Il nostro orto nasce nell'autunno 2011 e si sviluppa su un'area di circa 2.000 mq.
I nostri ortaggi derivano da semi e piantine di origine biologica certificata,
s o p r a t t u t t o sono stati coltivati in modo COMPLETAMENTE NATURALE,
ispirandosi ai principii della permacultura e della biodinamica,
nel pieno rispetto della natura e dell'uomo.
Raccogliamo adesioni da parte di attività legate alla ristorazione,
per impostare assieme e stagionalmente le semine dell'orto.

Siamo disponibili a dedicare ad ogni realtà spazio e scelte personalizzate.
La raccolta e le consegne dei prodotti vengono effettuate in giornata con mezzo a metano.

Il menù proposto dipende dalle stagioni anche se in questo locale
troverete sempre i piatti tipici della tradizione bolognese,
alcune proposte vegetariane e almeno una portata di pesce.
Qui tutto è fatto in casa: pani, paste, composte,
marmellate e naturalmente i dolci.
Gli ingredienti utilizzati sono sempre freschi e di stagione,
prodotti scelti preferibilmente a km 0, trattati in maniera attenta e semplice, come lo stile che li caratterizza.
